Who created JobSquirt and why?

JobSquirt was originally developed for use by IT Contractors, however, in 2007 it become apparent to us that the country was heading for a recession with mass unemployment.

With this in mind, a considerable amount of effort has been made to gather the contact details of Human Resource departments and Recruitment agencies in an attempt to alleviate the pressures on the individual to find work.
